    MAC offers high quality and high life Cam Followers for the Steel Plant Industry, which find application in various sectors such as Steel  Melting  Shops,  Hot  Strip  Mills,  Cold  Rolling  Mills,  Blast Furnaces,  Bar  and  Rod  Mills,  Continuous  Steel  Castings, Sintered Plants, etc. Our Cam Followers can be supplied in high temperature  versions  in  Ball  and  Roller  Bearings,  including eccentric options and Track Rollers for the Steel Industry

      Combined Bearings & Profiles/Channels

      MAC  offers  high  quality  combined  bearings  and  profiles  suitable  for  the  Steel Industry. These combined bearings work in very harsh environments suitable to take tonnes of loads and work as an excellent linear motion/conveyor assembly system. The matching mounting plates, which are welded to the bearings can be customized based on Customer's request to suit the various industrial needs.  

      The  Profiles  offered  are  of  high  quality,  which  are  also  available  in  hot  rolled steel  in  C  Section  and  I  Section,  which  are  suitable  for  standard  and  jumbo combined  bearings.  

        Spiral Roller Bearing

        Spiral roller bearing is made of bearing steel treated with black oxide for corrosion resistance. The working surfaces of the inner raceway and flange are zone-hardened to support contact stresses from the rolling elements, and the inner ring is ductile to help absorb shock loads

          CARBS BEARINGS

          MAC supplies Toroidal Bearings, which are also widely known as CARB  Bearings.  Standard  and  Customized  sizes  and  high temperature versions with Shields are also available and in most cases,  we  have  these  Bearings  in  Stock  to  help  quicker shipments for these types of Special Bearings

            ROLLNECK BEARINGS - CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

             High performance and special high life Cylindrical Roller Bearings offered by MAC can accommodate heavy radial loads, which can operate at high speeds.  

            The full complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings (without Cages) can support particularly Heavy Loads and are also available in Single, Double and  Multi  Row  Configurations.

            Our  high  performance  bearings have  better  life  than  the standard  available  Cylindrical  Roller Bearings in the market due to special heat treatment undergone to manufacture these type of Bearings.
